1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Ecolyv for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services.

2. Services Provided

Ecolyv provides AI Search Optimization, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Google Business Profile Optimization, AI Website Solutions, Local SEO, Technical SEO, and related digital marketing services, as described on our Pricing and Services pages. Specific deliverables for your engagement will be confirmed in writing (email or proposal) before work begins.

3. No Guarantee of Results

What we do guarantee is the work itself — the audits, technical implementation, content, and optimization work described in your specific plan will be delivered as scoped, on the cadence agreed to at the start of your engagement.

4. Engagement Terms & Payment

• All plans described on our Pricing page carry a minimum initial commitment of 3 months, after which service continues on a month-to-month basis.
• Fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Enterprise and custom engagements are governed by the specific written proposal or agreement provided to the client, which takes precedence over these general terms where the two conflict.
• Late payment may result in a pause of active work until the account is brought current.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the specific deliverables created for their engagement (such as website content, schema markup, and on-page changes made to the client's own website). Ecolyv retains ownership of its own internal processes, frameworks, tools, and any pre-existing materials used to deliver the work.

6. Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery of results depends on the client providing necessary access (such as website or Google Business Profile access), timely feedback, and accurate business information. Delays caused by the client may affect the timeline of deliverables.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecolyv's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the month the issue arose. Ecolyv is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

8. Termination

After the initial 3-month minimum, either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for work delivered are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law
