Fees for services are outlined in your service agreement. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in pause or termination of services.
While we use proven strategies to improve visibility and rankings, SEO and AI search results depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.
Any content, designs, or strategies created by Ecolyv as part of our services become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ecolyv retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless the client requests otherwise.
Either party may terminate services according to the notice period outlined in the service agreement. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
Ecolyv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, traffic, or rankings.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
