By accessing ecolyv.com or using any Ecolyv service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full.
Ecolyv provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: Google Business Profile optimization, website management and maintenance, and social media management. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements entered into with each client.
All services are governed by a separate written service agreement signed by both parties. The service agreement takes precedence over these general Terms and Conditions in the event of any conflict. Services commence upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required upfront payment.
Free audits are provided at no cost and with no obligation. No refund is applicable.
Monthly service agreements may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice sent to hello@ecolyv.com. You will be charged for the full notice period. No refunds are provided for services already rendered during the current billing cycle.
For one-time engagements (e.g., a single website audit or profile setup), a 50% refund may be issued if work has not yet commenced. Once work has begun, no refund is available.
If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us at hello@ecolyv.com within 14 days of the relevant service delivery. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and professionally.

Upon full payment, clients own all final deliverables created specifically for their business. Ecolyv retains ownership of all internal methodologies, templates, processes, and proprietary tools used to deliver services. We reserve the right to use anonymized case study data for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. Ecolyv will not share your business data, strategy, or results with competitors. This obligation survives termination of services.
While Ecolyv has a strong track record of delivering measurable results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as guaranteed #1 rankings or a specific number of calls. Results depend on industry competition, market conditions, client responsiveness, and Google's algorithm changes. Any case studies or metrics shared represent actual results but are not guarantees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecolyv's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Ecolyv harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or any content you provide us that infringes on third-party rights.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
Ecolyv reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
