2. Free Audit

Our initial Google Business Profile and AI search visibility audit is provided free of charge and is not subject to any refund terms.

3. Monthly Services

For ongoing monthly services (such as GBP optimization, technical SEO, or content creation), fees are billed in advance for the upcoming month of work. Because work begins immediately upon payment, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

4. One-Time Projects

For one-time projects such as website builds, refund eligibility depends on project progress:

• If cancelled before any work has begun, a full refund will be issued.
• If cancelled after work has started but before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed.
• Once a project has been delivered and approved, it is not eligible for a refund.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@ecolyv.com with your account details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Third-party costs (such as advertising spend, domain registration, or paid tools purchased on your behalf) are non-refundable.
